by April 1, 2006. There is no registration fee.

Getting
to Berkeley from OAK and SFO
The
Oakland (OAK) and San Francisco (SFO) airports are both close
to Berkeley. Travelers arriving to the Bay Area by air can reach
Berkeley by rapid transit (BART), shuttle van or taxi. Bay Area
Rapid Transit (BART) has online schedules (http://www.bart.gov/index.asp)
to help plan trips to Berkeley from either OAK or SFO. Bayporter
(http://www.bayporter.com/) provides shuttle van service from
both airports. One-way shuttle fare to Berkeley from either airport
is approximately $25 per person. Taxi fare to Berkeley from OAK
is about $40 and from SFO, about $65. Please note that rush hour
travel from either the Oakland or San Francisco airports can be
very slow, and taxi fares will increase accordingly. BART is recommended
as the fastest way to/from Berkeley during these times
